Processing & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–4 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Fees

A flat shipping fee of 80 EGP currently applies to all orders across Egypt.

Cash on Delivery

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at no additional charge.

Payment is made upon receiving your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be sent using the contact information provided during checkout, allowing you to follow your shipment in real time.

Important Information

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Sunday–Thursday).
We currently ship within Egypt only.
Please ensure that your contact information is accurate and reachable at the time of delivery.
Orders that cannot be delivered after multiple delivery attempts may be returned to us.
