Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unwashed

  • In their original condition

  • With all original tags attached

  • Returned in their original packaging

Proof of purchase is required for all return and exchange requests.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged by misuse, or returned without their tags may not be accepted.

Size Exchanges

We understand that finding the perfect fit matters.

Size exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. If the requested size is unavailable, we will offer an alternative solution.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue, and we will review your case and provide the appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
